Finance Administrator - Jersey

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Finance Administrator to join our client’s team, on a temporary basis until the 31st of August 2022, covering a maternity leave. Within the role, you will support with the day-to-day transactions including, but not limited to, accounts payable, preparation of invoices, reconciliations and other tasks undertaken by the Finance team. You will also from time to time complete filing, scanning, deliveries and the collection of internal documents. The applicant should be educated to ‘A’ Level standard, have a minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role; ideally within a professional services firm, and a good understanding of MS Office; Word, Excel and Outlook in particular.
