Assistant Client Officer, Private Clients x 2 - Jersey

Within this fantastic new role, you will carry out a range of client administration activities under the supervision of a Senior / Client Officer. Key responsibilities include assisting with routine client enquires via telephone and email, monitoring WIP and Key Performance Indicators, routine bookkeeping, classifying and scanning documents and preparing draft trustee minutes and documentation, assisting with the trustee approval process.
