The role will involve processing periodic trust and investment reviews, responding to and processing amendments/requests in respect of trust, policy or personal information, and delivering an excellent customer service to clients including settlors, beneficiaries and their representatives or professional advisers. You must have a good understanding of AML / KYC requirements, at least 1 years’ experience within a life assurance company and good time management, organisation and communication skills.
