A brilliant part-time opportunity has arisen to work as a Service Desk Administrator for a commercial company, working 20 hours per week. You will carry out the scheduling and administration associated with Facilities Management (FM) business unit. The role will involve ensuring that all systems associated with customers are kept up to date so that engineers’ hours are correctly reported on in terms of finances and payroll and are adequate for the customers’ needs. You will act as a conduit between the customer and the engineering teams and provide administrative assistance to the FM team and, on occasion, wider business units. Our client would love to hear from you if you have customer service experience and excellent IT administration skills. Experience working with a CAFM system and within property management or facilities with the ability to identify opportunities for business development are desirable.
