Payroll Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking an Administrator with great attention to detail to join their Payroll team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 12 months. In this varied and interesting role you will provide advice on payroll, benefits and pension related matters, advise, coach and train managers on how to use iTrent, run regular checks across the payroll system to ensure data is consistent as well as check and audit the monthly payroll submissions across the UK, Guernsey and Jersey. You will additionally input monthly payroll data, provide holiday and absence covert for inputting all monthly payroll data, assisting the payroll manager with checking payroll due diligence reports and overseeing the administration of the company benefit and pension schemes. At least 1 years’ Payroll experience is essential and iTrent knowledge would be advantageous.
