A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Audio Secretary to join our client’s team, on a permanent full or part-time basis, to provide typing and administration support services primarily to the Litigation team, and complete certain cover duties for the Prosecution team as and when required. Duties will include providing an accurate typing service for the teams’ correspondence, typing and preparing legal documents, annexures, reports and sile notes and preparing case invoices. You will also open and close case files, process official actions, attend to routine diary matters and ensure that the Inprotech and DMS databases are otherwise accurately maintained.
