Itchyfeet are working on a fantastic new opportunity for several Banking Administrators to join our client’s team, working from home, on a temporary basis, for a period of 6 months. The purpose of the role is to support the remediation of customer data currently held in various formats across a variety of internal systems and engage with customers via telephone or email to address any data deficiencies or inconsistencies. The individuals will ideally have an understanding / appreciation of banking and tax documentation requirements, experience of standard operating systems, a practical, flexible, common sense approach to problem-solving and a high level of accuracy and attention to detail, with a committed to ‘getting it right’ first time.
