Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join their team as a Personal Lines Manager, on a permanent basis. This is a sales-based role to promote insurance products and services to current and prospective customers within qualification scope, maintaining close relationships with new and existing clients. You will liaise with counterparts in other jurisdictions to ensure consistency and efficiency across the group. You must hold a Level 3 Certificate in Insurance (Cert CII) qualification or equivalent and have 3-5 years’ experience in insurance broking and 3-5 years’ experience working in a managerial role. If you have excellent interpersonal skills, good organisational skills with the ability to delegate and prioritise workloads this could be the role for you!
