This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy team as a HR and Data Protection Officer, processing a varied and interesting generalist workload on a full or part-time basis. You will support the Deputy Director in HR on an on-going basis, also working effectively with the Deputy Data Protection Officer. Duties will include updating all personnel records in accordance with current legislation, the data protection policy and assisting with the production of HR reports and working team members on staff matters as they arise. The role would suit someone with previous experience in either HR or data protection (ideally Level 3 CIPD qualified) and an excellent attention to detail, analytical and communication skills. Training will be provided to the successful candidate should it be required.
