Our client is seeking an individual to join their enthusiastic and compassionate Safer Gambling team, on a permanent full-time basis, to be responsible for providing safer gambling support and education to customers. In addition, you will provide safer gambling guidance and assistance to Customer Support and Customer Monitoring teams and ensure that the business is following the regulations from the UK Gambling Commission and industry standards. The successful candidate will be confident speaking to customers via telephone and email, along with the ability to cope with high pressure and sensitive customer interactions.
