Senior Payments Administrator - Isle of Man

Itchyfeet is working on a new opportunity for a Senior Payments Administrator to effect payments, handle exceptions and queries, administer products and meet stakeholder needs through various channels. You will assist the manager in handling workflows and ensure that the work load is managed and distributed across the team whilst supporting junior team members in their duties. You will also perform reconciliations on all Nostro accounts that are allocated to the unit using the automated reconciliations system, ensuring all reconciliation breaks are managed/cleared and where appropriate, escalated to the appropriate business area for investigation and clearance to ensure accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will have at least 5 GCSE’s with grade C in both Maths and English language and 3+ years’ experience working within an operations environment.
