A fast-paced and rapidly growing company is seeking an individual to join their busy team, on a permanent basis. Working as part of a team of Customer Service Administrators, you will have responsibility for ensuring incoming telephone calls, emails and other customer related queries are dealt with efficiently and effectively. In addition, you will be required to take ownership of ensuring that queries are followed up as necessary and dealt with as quickly as possible ensuring continuity in the delivery of exceptional customer care that the company is recognised for. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal, IT and communication skills, with experience in a retail or e-commerce environment. Your working hours will be 9.30-6pm weekdays, 8-4pm on weekends as this is shift work.
