Purchase Ledger Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a friendly and motivated individual to join their team as a Purchase Ledger Retail Support Assistant, on a permanent part-time basis, working 25 hours per week. You will be responsible for the reconciliation of monthly statements from suppliers, matching credits with invoices, logging credits and invoices on the accounting system, as well as purchase order tracking and chasing missing goods allocation with suppliers. The ideal candidate work accurately and have meticulous attention to detail in this fast-paced role. Some purchase ledger experience would be useful but full training will be provided for the right candidate.
