Senior / Administrator, Company Secretarial - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a Senior / Administrator to join their Company Secretarial team, on a permanent full or part-time basis, to be responsible for day-to-day co-sec services to an allocated client base, working independently and collaboratively across the business. Typical duties include arranging, attending and taking minutes in board meetings, maintaining records, coordinating the filing of returns within the Guernsey Registry and GFSC, arranging certification of statutory documentation and completing and inputting time in the time billing system. The successful candidate will have proven co-sec experience, hold, or be studying towards an ICSA qualification, be able to work under pressure and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
