Our client is eagerly looking to identify a versatile Client Services Director, with the knowledge, intelligence, academic profile and vision to drive business continuity and growth within fiduciary services, whilst overseeing the delivery of a dedicated workforce.
Although the role does not include a personal portfolio to manage, your astute leadership will support the client services team in ensuring the fullest of accountability, optimal service and professional management of a mixed/high value client base.
You will be naturally able to influence and implement efficiencies and best practice, possessing a firm grasp of risk management and a desire to actively business develop.
Reporting on a cyclical basis to company directors in relation to business acquisitions and losses, you must also uphold company and group procedures and demonstrate total alignment to industry guidelines and regulations, a willingness undertake DMLRO duties will also benefit the position.
A senior, strategic and influential role calling on a unique professional, ideally holding ICSA, STEP or ACCA; moreover, your energy and ability to competently oversee all of the facets of the role will be critical to your success within it.
