This is an exciting 10 month fixed-term position to work as an Assistant Associate, Client Services, covering a maternity leave. The role will involve providing administrative support to the Client Services Team by preparing payment instructions for review by the team leader, drafting routine correspondence and e-mails and answering client queries on the phone. This role uses in-house IT systems and so you will show willing to develop a basic knowledge of these and the administration required in managing various asset types. The successful candidate will have a strong academic record and the ability to develop a basic understanding of trust / company law and good communication skills, organisational and time management skills.
