Our client’s Real Estate service line supports a legal offering in key jurisdictions, handling the most demanding & complex transactions, whilst focusing on excellent customer service. As a Trainee Administrator, you will assist with the formation and ongoing administration of a portfolio of companies, trusts and limited partnerships, prepare minutes, resolutions and correspondence, attend to statutory filings, process payments, reconciliation of payment logs and approvals. You will also accurately record all time spent dealing with client matters, ensuring clients are correctly invoiced. The successful candidate will be self-motivated and organised, with excellent communication skills. You will have relevant experience, hold a business related degree, or be an A Level graduate, studying towards, or keen to study towards, a relevant professional qualification such as ICSA/STEP.
