Based within the Fibre project team, this brilliant new position as a temporary Installations Scheduler, will be running until December 2026. You will be required to support the optimised delivery of fibre installations ensuring that resources meet demand and appointment scheduling is optimised to maintain short-lead times for customers. You will work across teams to support the efficient delivery of fibre services and liaise with internal colleagues and customers to meet those aims. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisation skills, a strong understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products, and be goal focused with the ability to produce accurate and good quality work. Strong customer service skills gained from a previous customer facing role are highly desirable.
