Our client is seeking a STO / Assistant Manager Private Wealth, to work a temporary 12 month contract, to be responsible for a portfolio of Private Wealth clients and manage day-to-day service delivery needs, in accordance with the departments’ service standards and company procedure. You will serve as a primary point of contact for client relationships and ensure client satisfaction, managing the delivery of contracted services to clients to ensure that SLAs and KPIs that are defined in the relevant contracts are met or exceeded. You will also participate and be involved in both regional and group initiatives and projects relevant to the service where appropriate. The successful candidate will have 5+ years’ relevant experience with at least 3 years at Senior Officer or Assistant Manager level and ideally holding a JFSC Table 5 qualification and relevant professional qualification at degree level or equivalent.
