Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Relations Executive to join their dynamic and passionate Customer Support department. You will be responsible for providing a high level of customer service across 200+ online gambling sites in regions such as the United kingdom Canada, New Zealand and Ireland however the majority of the player base is in the UK. You will play a key role in the success of the Customer Support Team and companies vision. Due to the fast moving nature of the online gaming industry, this is an interesting role that will provide an exciting spring board to a successful career for the right candidate. This role will suit someone with good communication skills, previous experience in a digital customer support role, an interest in customer service and familiarity with the software Zendesk.
