Senior Administrator, Client Services - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking an experienced Administrator to join their team, on a temporary to permanent basis. This role is ideal for someone looking to change career working for a consulting and test provider. You will work in the Customer Services team dealing with clients via email and supporting online meetings.  You will need to be very organised, a team player and adaptive working in a small office supporting Global clients.  Most of your day will be spent supporting clients with a client’s survey set up, administration and post survey delivery. The role will also entail helping with general admin, internal projects and working under the guidance of the Accounts team despatching and managing stock & shipments. The successful candidate will need to be proficient in all Microsoft products (especially Excel and mail).
