Claims Team Leader - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking a Customer Services Team Leader, on a temporary basis, for a period of 12 months, to support the transformation and future growth of their business within the Customer Services function, so it can stand out for the experience and service they deliver by building on their service reputation, and delivering market-leading service excellence for their customers and advisers. The successful candidate will be educated to at least 5 A* - C / 9 – 4 Grade GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent and hold a Life Office Administration (FA1). A certificate in Administration would be desirable.
