Client Administrator, Private Clients & Family Office - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking a Client Administrator to work on a portfolio of clients, on a temporary basis, to work collaboratively with other members of the team to assist in the provision of trust and company administration services in accordance with regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards. You will work as part of the team, contributing at team meetings, communicating effectively with colleagues and third parties, have a positive ‘can do’ approach to support the successful performance of our client’s business. You will have an understanding of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, be able to carry out tasks in compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements and on a timely basis draft letters, minutes and banking instructions as necessary. You will ideally be studying towards a professional qualification, have a good working knowledge of  Word, Excel, Outlook with the ability to learn other relevant systems.
