In this 6 month role you will be responsible for ensuring a great customer experience for consumers and business mobile customers for the life cycle of their service order. This includes service Provisioning for a wide range of customer services including fixed line, broadband and fibre (Retail and wholesale), wholesale WLR and support with business mobile requests and well as handling any enquiries relating to these requests. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to produce accurate and good quality work, whilst also being self-motivated with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.
