Customer Service Representative - Isle of Man

Our international Bitcoin services client is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team working shifts on a full-time permanent basis. Duties include customer onboarding with face to face calls, support with tickets, calls, bitcoin and technical assistance. Additionally, you will provide compliance support including sanctions, checks and queries. The candidate should have high net worth client customer service skills. This opportunity is available either as a standard or global position. This role will have you working three weeks of morning shifts 6.00-15.00, with 1 day off each week, and 5-6 days off before the next rotation or three weeks of twilight shifts 14.00-23.00. This is a wonderful opportunity not to be missed for someone who is willing to commit to the unique shift patterns provided.
