Crewing Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking a full-time permanent Crewing Administrator to be responsible for assisting their Crewing Team with the day-to-day running of the crew employment and payroll functions. Key tasks include but are not limited to maintaining crew records and vessel data, preparing reports and records as and when required, drafting and finalising contracts and arranging payments to crew via current payroll software and online banking. This is a fantastic opportunity which is open to applicants with 1-2 years’ previous administration experience who are computer literate with a working knowledge of Cello Marine payroll software and theoretical and practical knowledge of the international and national seafarer certification regulations.
