Assistant Manager, Communications Team - Jersey

This is a fabulous new role for a candidate to be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of all communications (telephone and email), relating to the participants of international pension plans, international retirement and savings plans and deferred compensation plans. You will also be one of the main contacts for queries and escalations from all team members and be responsible for quality assurance checks as well as any other duties deemed necessary by the team’s management. You will need the ability to work in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities , be a strong problem solver, a proactive self-starter and have a high level of attention to detail. Excellent telephone skills, including experience dealing with difficult calls is also a requirement to succeed in this role.
