Customer Support Officer x3 - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking three Customer Support Officers to work either full time 37 hours a week, or part time 25 hours per week, on a shift rota basis to include evenings, weekends and bank holidays. This permanent position will require you to assist customers with general / technical enquiries by providing support on products and services including Sales, Service, Provisioning, Billing, Payments, Faults, Assist Conference Bureau and Mobile helpdesk. You will be required to provide technical support on fault finding on mobile/broadband services and work with the engineering teams to resolve faults. The successful candidates will provide routine administration to registrations, data input and maintenance as well as reporting. You will have an excellent telephone manner, listening skills and experience of Customer Service and strong technical knowledge to support broadband, mobile and home phone problem solving.
