This is a new and fabulous opportunity for a candidate to join a global leader in corporate and fiduciary services, fund administration and capital markets. You will administer a portfolio of entities which hold assets in a Shari'ah compliant manner, to ensure all activities fall within the guidelines/stipulations of the statutory or governing documents. You will also oversee the monthly or quarterly investor distribution cycle, and ensure distributions are processed in accordance with agreed timetables. The successful candidate will be educated to A level or degree standard, have a minimum of 2 years’ funds / trust and company administration experience, and ideally have completed a professional / relevant qualification to Certificate Level (e.g. ICSA / STEP). You will also have  good technical knowledge with an understanding of local funds / company and trust law and regulations.
