Onboarding & Account Management Assistant - Isle of Man

An established e-wallet application company is seeking a candidate to join their team to assist with providing exceptional administration and account services to clients. This business specialises in creating compelling products for leading financial technology clients. You will be responsible for sending out application packs and supporting the clients through the onboarding process, the ordering of manual cards, liaising with internal and external stakeholders and complete the month end stats reporting. You will also manage the day-to-day running of active non-gaming accounts. The successful candidate will ideally have experience in administration and account management.
