Office Administrator, Filing Clerk - Guernsey

This is a very exciting new opportunity ideally for a school leaver or someone winding down their career. The role entails taking responsibility for the filing and scanning for the company and the clients they administer. You will also be responsible for accurately saving down documents on the S Drive in accordance with our client’s in-house filing policy including payments, bank statements and all statutory client documents. You will maintain and up-keep of all physical client files and assist the Office Administrator during busy periods and in their absence taking on duties such as handling incoming post. You will take over receptionist duties at the start of 2023 as an additional responsibility, for which you will be given full support and training.
