Administration Assistant, Group Executive - Jersey

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Assistant, on a temporary basis, to provide a comprehensive and professional service to the immediate team of Executive Assistants ensuring that they are fully supported across a wide range of executive board and group partner activities. Duties include but are not limited to scheduling diary appointments, managing correspondence and formatting documentation, preparing and processing invoices, assisting with the collation and distribution of board packs and coordinating travel and itineraries for executive board member jurisdictional visits. The successful candidate will have 1-2 years’ previous administration support experience, excellent communication and organisational skills and a professional mindset.
