Operations Director - Isle of Man

As an Operations Director you will be responsible for operational strategy and the development of operational processes and procedures, adopting a continuous improvement mindset to create operational efficiencies across all departments. You will also review systems and automate processes where possible and develop MI reporting that can be used to review and enhance business performance though continuous improvement. The successful candidate will ideally have a Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, or related field and 3+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position, preferably in the payroll sector. You will also have strong technical abilities, effective project management skills, strong leadership skills and the ability to work well with stakeholders at all levels.
