Itchyfeet has a new exciting temporary 3 month opportunity, to work full or part-time at a minimum of 25 hours per week. You will maintain employee records, assist in payroll by providing relevant data for preparation, process employees’ requests and provide relevant information. You will also provide administration support for HR colleagues by organising, compiling and updating company personnel records. The ideal candidate will have previous work experience as an HR Administrative Assistant or HR Administrator, experience with payroll software such as TTPapa and Offshore Payroll and experience with HR management software such as Mitrefinch and ADP. You will also need to have excellent organisational and time-management skills and be PC literate with MS Office applications.
