This is a fantastic new temporary opportunity for 12 months, to lead our client’s Payments team, which has Institutional accountability for all matters related to Client/Investor related payments. You will be responsible for ensuring efficient levels of delivery, maintaining high-quality standards and act as a higher authority on technical client specific matters. This role may include, but not be limited to, carefully monitoring, identifying and investigating any fraudulent or suspicious activity, escalating any concerns and periodically review the SLAs for both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will hold a recognised professional qualification e.g. IOC, have 5+ years’ experience in banking/financial services payments area, as well as experience in managing operational processes and of leading a team.
