Itchyfeet has a new and exciting temporary 12 month opportunity for a candidate to provide efficient, confidential and high quality secretarial, administrative and organisational support primarily to the Head of Private Client, Jersey. You will co-ordinate travel arrangements, including making reservations and diary management and maintain all diaries and reminder systems and carry out other activities reasonably required by the Directors of the business. The successful candidate will have a good secondary education, relevant typing and secretarial training and strong IT skills. You will also have substantial secretarial experience and document management experience would be beneficial.
