Commercial Administrator / Customer Service - Jersey

This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate to be the first point of contact for all visitors to our client’s office. You will also man the informal reception and answer telephone calls and process and deliver internal and external mail. Duties include but are not limited to the photocopying of customer’s ID and proof of address and issuing documentation and banking cash and cheques on a daily basis. This role would suit someone with a bit of “gusto” about them who is engaging with a bright personality. This may suit a junior administrator or GAP year student who has the confidence to upsell products and who has a minimum of ‘C’ in GCSE English and Maths or equivalent.
