A new permanent, full-time opportunity has arisen for a candidate to work in Employer Solutions (ES) and Customer Relations (CR), responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our client’s high net worth and ultra-high net worth plan members across their book of international pension plans, international retirement & savings plans and deferred compensation plans. You will enhance the member experience for this book of clients, ensuring that plan members receive a premium service. You will also liaise with intermediaries to ensure transactions are concluded with appropriate paperwork in place, respond to / investigate participant queries in a timely manner, and provide regular updates to clients monitoring and, where applicable, taking appropriate action with regards the portfolio's debtor position.
