Specialist, Supplier Service - Jersey

Itchyfeet have received a fantastic new role for a Specialist to join our client’s Supplier Service team, on a temporary basis, for a period of 12 months. Within this new role you will be responsible for being the main point of contact and delivery of services to clients or customers, internally and externally. You will also contribute towards policies and evaluate customer feedback to advance processes, refine the service delivery processes and develop uniform processes and procedures, as well as managing and tracking benefit realisations, completing value leakage prevention and issue management post contract. This role would suit an individual with 1 - 2 years’ experience in procurement and vendor management as you will be responsible for contractual management. If you also have 3 - 4 years’ relationship management experience then this role could be for you!
