This is a new and exciting permanent, full-time opportunity for a Bank Reconciliation Officer to record all company spending, including purchases, invoices, sales and provide accurate information on company outgoings for the purposes of filing accounts. You will reconcile the company bank accounts, work with the team to resolve any discrepancies, maintain accurate data and assist with payroll and any fee collections. The successful candidate will have a basic understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles, strong organisational skills, IT and numeracy skills and proficiency in English with good communication. It would be desirable if you have previous experience within a bookkeeping / accounting administration role and experience with Microsoft excel, Quickbooks (or similar accounting software) and any other proprietary software.
