Associate, Statutory Services - Jersey

Our client is seeking an Associate, Statutory Services to join their small and friendly team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will support the Client Services Teams to provide effective, high quality customer service to the business’ Statutory Clients, assist in the maintenance of statutory records, processes, systems, databases and operational systems and be responsible for statutory filings and submissions, annual returns administration and filings, statutory reviews, AGM reviews, audit exemption reviews, capital and share administration, statutory officer appointment and resignations and Declarations of Trust. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a similar role, be computer literate using Microsoft office: specifically Word, Excel and Outlook and has previous office experience.
