HR Administrator - Guernsey

Our client is seeking an HR Administrator to join their friendly, busy team, on a permanent full-time basis. You will assist the HR Manager in the day to day administration activities for 120+ staff, assist with administering the company’s Bursary scheme, monitor the company’s absence records and report where necessary and perform any other ad-hoc duties which may be required. The successful candidate will hold a minimum of B grade for GCSE Maths and English and ideally have 1+ years’ experience in HR, either having commenced a HR qualification or with the desire to do so. You will also have the ability to work on your own initiative once a task has been outlined.
