Itchyfeet has an exciting vacancy for a Claims Assistant, to work on a permanent full-time basis, to manage the day to day duties in their office, including the management of incoming post, payment of claims, answering the telephone and processing incoming claims recoveries. There is the possibility to progress to a Claims Handler. The successful candidate will preferably have office experience but this is not essential. You will need to manage your time effectively by prioritising and organising your workload to ensure that deadlines are always met, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to take personal responsibility for the accuracy and quality of your work.
