Senior Service Desk Consultant - Isle of Man

Our client is seeking a permanent, full-time Senior Service Desk Support Consultant, to provide second line technical support to International Client Solutions (ICS) and ensure appropriate end user computing services, resulting in an effective and continuous high-quality IT service. You will interpret, troubleshoot and respond with technical advice and resolution to reported incidents, faults, problems and requests, as well as install, modify and repair computer hardware and software and be responsible for ensuring that WIN IT services are supported, maintained and available according to agreed SLAs. The successful candidate will hold a degree or diploma in information technology and have A+, N+ and other Microsoft certificates. You will also have 3+ years’ experience in desktop support.
