Senior HR Business Partner - Jersey

Our client is seeking a permanent, full-time Senior HR Business Partner to be responsible for building a cohesive people agenda that can respond to the changing environment. The role is to implement both local agendas and shape and own company people initiatives. You will partner with business units and leaders to implement specific initiatives and review, revise and maintain best practice HR policies in line with globally consistent standards and specific to local market statutory requirements to ensure effective management and support of employees. The successful candidate will have completed a degree and be CIPD qualified or equivalent, have experience of applying a broad knowledge of HR management principles and policies and be confident directing HR and advising managers on all aspects of people management and development.
