Our client is seeking a Company Secretary on a permanent, full-time basis. You will ensure the efficient running of the office, organise and maintain the company filing system, and undertake general office administration tasks whilst answering the phones and addressing client enquiries. The successful candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in a secretarial support role, be computer literate specifically in Microsoft Office products and be able to display a high level of confidentiality and integrity. You will also be registered with the Jersey Financial Services as Company Secretary.
