Our client is seeking a Recruitment & Onboarding Manager who has a passion for people and providing an exceptional experience to company candidates. This is a permanent full-time opportunity where you will be responsible for the delivery of our client’s student recruitment strategy, ensuring a strong pipeline of talent, promoting the business’ values and training programs, attending career and university fairs and being creative by thinking of new ways to attract talent. As the Recruitment & Onboarding Manager you will also be responsible for senior hires into the business, confidently supporting your team in recruiting at all levels to ensure recruitment KPIs are met. The successful candidate will have at least 2 years’ managerial experience in a recruitment role and experience of onboarding multiple candidates at once, ideally to different jurisdictions.
