Finance Administrator, Conveyancing - Guernsey

Do you have previous office / finance experience along with a strong academic background and numeracy skills and excellent attention to detail? Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a leading employer? If so, this new permanent vacancy with a focus on Conveyancing will interest you! Within this busy and varied role you will work as part of the finance team, predominantly providing support to the property team. Duties will include monitoring client accounts for incoming funds, ensuring records are up to date on Elite, actioning account payment requests, reviewing and reconciling accounts and making payments as requested by certain departments and clients. The successful candidate will have an excellent attention to detail, good written and verbal communication skills and be a confident MS Office user. An accounting qualification would be advantageous.
