Our client is seeking an organised individual who has a growth mindset to join their Guernsey based team of experienced Client Services staff who are key in supporting the business to achieve strategic objectives. Duties include enabling clients to achieve their goals by making the banking experience simple, personal, efficient and stress free, dealing with all aspects of client servicing for clients in a private bank book, assisting the rest of the client services team with relationship management for the whole group and account opening and client reviews. The successful candidate will have 3+ years’ banking experience, strong customer service skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office programmes. If you have a recognised professional qualification then this would be advantageous.
