A fantastic opportunity has arisen for several individuals to join a pro-active team as Contractor Support Specialists, on a permanent full-time, shift rota basis. Daily, you’ll manage contractor relationships to ensure they are on-boarded in a timely manner, utilise the company services, respond to queries and recommend services to other contractors. Duties will include processing and managing the on-boarding of new clients, undertaking introduction and courtesy calls, managing queries and requests raised by the contractor in relation to any aspect of their employment, supporting the payroll function, and undertaking the timesheet chasing exercise to maximise monthly billing for the umbrella company. Previous experience working in a customer facing role and within the contractor industry along with excellent communication skills is essential.
